Home Supporters - All of the categories are intended for the home supporters, the away section tickets (for away team supporters) will be supplied by request.

Seating Adjustment - We guarantee the seat's location according to the designated section of each category. The ticket's location can be in any painted area shown on the map according to each category. There is no option to choose a specific block\seat unless the category suggests otherwise. We guarantee 2 seats together as long as it's not the "Best Available" Category

The Event Date & Time are subject to change. You must occasionally check the correct date and time. If an event is rescheduled, the original tickets will still be valid and there is no need for any further action.

Shipping All tickets are sent from 3 days before the game and up to the day of the event. Most of our tickets are electronic tickets which will be sent to your email address, In some cases they are paper tickets, of course we will let you know and ask for a delivery address or send you the pickup location.

Cancelation
All orders are final, no refunds will be given.

We always do our utmost to allocate tickets from the same order seated together, and usually we manage to do so.

The guarantee we offer is at minimum pairs of tickets for adjacent seats, unless the category description will mention otherwise. In addition, some events categories will offer single tickets only. In that case, it will be shown on the category description and the price will be accordingly. If you wish to have tickets for adjacent seats, please write the request in the comment box at the billing and shipping page.

Bank transfer - in order to pay by bank transfer, you will need to start the ordering process and contact us once you have reached the payment step, by chat, email or by the "contact us" section. Then, you will receive a notification email with further instructions about how to execute the money transfer. We will require a copy of the transfer confirmation within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment the email was sent to you. Once the payment has reached our account, your order will be fulfilled.
